fettucinne cabonara

my very quick and simple recipe (for 2 person)

ingredients:
80gm fettucinne
2 cups fresh milk
1ts coarsed black pepper
1tbs butter
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 egg beaten
1tbs concentrated of chicken stock
any vegies cut to slices
salt

methods:
cook fettuccine in boiling water until tender then drain it
meanwhile, in other pans heat butter and garlic
then, pour fresh milk, egg and vegies
add pepper and salt
stir it completely and thick
pour on the fettuccine or can also mix in the pan
serve immediately


optional:
add vegie i.e. carrot or mushrom
sprinkle with celery leaves and parmesan cheese (powder or grated)
