fondant/sugar buttons

start thinking about this design as my boss request for her daughter's engagement gift. no need special cutter just use any tool/utensil you have in the kitchen. here are item required:


1. fondant
2. gumtex if required harder fondant
3. big & small size nozzles or small round cookies cutter or big/small drinking straw to make round shape outer and inner button.
4. toothstick (sate stick also can) to make tiny hole. some webpage use round nozzle no. 2
5. royal icing to 'fastening' the button

alhamdulillah, siap juga fancy cookies kita ni. mmg payah dpt student mcm kita ni, agak lambat buat keje. student lain dh balik awal, cikgu dok tunggu sorang ni bila nk siap..hehe

Mama Carries or Marmar Carry?

kisah nk raya tahun lepas, ada kawan bagi 1 balang biskut mama carries. ya Allah sedapnya 1st time dpt biskut yg plg sedap..huhu. bau butter, rangup diluar, gebu dan icing pun sdap. corak icing pun cantik..


so teringat2 sampai sekarang kesedapan biskut tu, kena try gak buat x kira apa nk jadik. cari punyer cari resepi baru jumpa yg sesuai. mcm2 nama diberikan: mama carries, mama carry la. tp ada org komen asal biskut ni ada icing yg mcm marmar kan. agak logik juga ya. resepi kt sini resepinyer. kita layan dulu gambar ni ya.
